This country-style kitchen of solid oak has a large center island which is divided into two distinctive surface areas: a Corian “work” surface with a molded sink and a hot plate, and a solid wood “hosting” surface. The kitchen has proper design flow, with a fascinating integration of color schemes.
The colors in this kitchen were chosen to create a precise harmony between the clean white finish of the Corian countertop, the strong presence of the solid oak of the dining surface, the island cabinets that have been painted in a delicate shade of blue, and rest of the kitchen which is of bleached wood and full of light. The kitchen is adorned with handcrafted hardware, custom made by the Artigiani Company.
